Privacy note
Short version: we use your details to answer your boarding enquiry, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, contact details, suburb, your dates and the details you give us about your dog. If you arrived from an advert we also record which campaign brought you here, the page you landed on, the site that referred you and your browser type.
How we use it
Your enquiry details are used to reply to you and to arrange a stay. Campaign details are used only to measure which adverts work. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Cookies
Measurement and advertising cookies only load after you accept them in the banner. Until then Google Consent Mode keeps them switched off. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to look after your dog and our records, and are deleted on request.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@pawradise.co.za or message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.
