These terms apply when you book overnight boarding or daycare with Pawradise. By confirming a booking you agree to them.
The service
Pawradise arranges home-based boarding and daycare for small dogs with carefully selected hosts in Pinelands, Cape Town. We match each dog with the host home we believe suits them best, subject to availability.
Bookings and the meet & greet
A booking is confirmed once we have accepted your enquiry and agreed dates with you. Before a first stay we may ask for a meet & greet so you, your dog and the host can make sure it is the right fit. We may decline or end a stay if a dog is not settling or does not meet the requirements below.
Rates and payment
Rates are shown per dog on the pricing section and are confirmed with your booking. Longer stays receive the reduced nightly rate shown. A second dog from the same family staying together receives 25% off their applicable nightly rate. Payment details and timing are confirmed when your booking is accepted.
Drop-off and pick-up
Drop-off is by 8pm and pick-up is by 10am the following morning, unless another time is agreed with us in advance. A late pick-up may be charged as an additional night.
Cancellations and changes
Plans change — tell us as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate new dates. Where a cancellation fee applies (for example over peak holiday periods), we will tell you before your booking is confirmed.
Your dog's health and suitability
To keep every dog in our care safe, dogs must be up to date with core vaccinations, on flea and tick prevention, dewormed, spayed or neutered, in good general health and free from contagious illness. Pawradise is for small breeds that are sociable and comfortable in a small-group home environment. You agree that the information you give us about your dog is accurate.
Care, vets and liability
Your dog is cared for as part of the household, with secure gardens and indoor sleeping. If your dog needs veterinary care during a stay we will contact you first wherever possible; in an emergency we will act on a vet's advice, and reasonable veterinary costs are for the owner's account. While we take every reasonable precaution, boarding is at the owner's risk to the extent permitted by South African law.
Photos and updates
We send you photo and video updates during a stay. We only share images of your dog on our public channels with your permission.
